Mi Li Studio Suika Ibuki 1/7 Statue

From Touhou Project comes Mi Li Studio Suika Ibuki, a 1/7-scale 18+ collector statue that captures the playful and unruly spirit of the legendary oni, Suika Ibuki. This alternate interpretation presents Suika in a relaxed, slightly tipsy state, surrounded by traditional Japanese scenery, heavy chains, and her iconic golden gourd.

Rather than focusing on a conventional battle pose, the composition creates a theatrical moment from the world of Gensokyo. As a result, the statue combines character personality with a rich fantasy display scene.

Mi Li Studio Suika Ibuki Tipsy Oni Spirit

Suika stands with a playful expression while holding a traditional sake cup. One eye is gently closed, suggesting the carefree mood of a long night of drinking.

Meanwhile, her vivid orange hair flows around her shoulders and down her back. Her large striped oni horns immediately establish her identity as one of Touhous most recognizable supernatural characters.

A small skull-like oni mask is attached to one of the horns. This additional detail gives the head sculpt a more distinctive and mischievous appearance.

Iconic Oni Details

Suikas signature horns are one of the strongest visual elements of the design. Their alternating brown and white pattern adds contrast to her bright orange hair.

In addition, the sculpt incorporates white wrist guards and dark chains around the character. The chains extend across the composition before dropping toward the base.

Several geometric weights hang from the chains. Their unusual shapes reference Suikas connection to concepts of gathering, dispersing, and manipulating density within the Touhou universe.

Therefore, the chains work as both decorative elements and character-specific storytelling details.

Golden Ibuki Gourd

One of the main highlights is the enormous golden Ibuki Gourd beneath Suika. She sits against the large gourd as if treating it like her personal throne.

The surface features elaborate cloud-inspired patterns. Furthermore, the metallic gold finish gives the gourd a strong visual presence and helps distinguish it from the darker mountain-style base.

The combination of Suikas warm orange hair and the golden gourd creates a cohesive warm-toned centerpiece.

Gensokyo-Inspired Display Scene

The base expands the character portrait into a complete Japanese fantasy environment.

A rugged dark mountain structure forms the foundation. On one side, a detailed stone lantern adds a warm yellow glow. Meanwhile, a large vermilion torii gate rises behind Suika and creates a strong vertical element.

Together, the lantern, torii, rocky terrain, and golden gourd create a shrine-like atmosphere. The composition also gives the statue a sense of depth when viewed from different angles.
